Centurion Corporation Limited announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Westlite Juniper (Mandai) Pte. Ltd., has accepted a tenancy offer from JTC Corporation to extend the lease on the Westlite Tuas Avenue 2 quick build dormitory at 1A Tuas Avenue 2, Singapore.

The new lease covers a three-year term from Jul, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2029 and includes options for an additional three-year extension followed by a further six-month extension. The facility provides 1,224 beds under the “Westlite Accommodation” brand.

Centurion said the extension is not expected to have a material impact on its consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

The company added that none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any interest in the transaction beyond their shareholdings.
