Zhou Liu Fu Jewellery Co., Ltd. disclosed a next-day return confirming the on-market repurchase of 570,900 H-shares on 29 May 2026. The buyback was executed at prices between HK$17.13 and HK$17.76 per share, for a volume-weighted consideration of HK$9.99 million.
Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.21% to 271.32 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 2.36 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 273.69 million as the repurchased stock is being retained in treasury rather than cancelled.
The purchase was made under the share repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises Zhou Liu Fu to buy back up to 27.28 million shares. To date, 1.43 million shares—equivalent to 0.53% of the company’s issued share base at mandate approval—have been repurchased under this authority. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Zhou Liu Fu is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 June 2026.
