Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust outlines board reshuffle and succession plans

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET, SEB) announced a series of board changes on Aug, 12 2026 as part of its ongoing renewal and succession planning.

Independent Non-Executive Director Christian Bernard Marie Delaire will retire from the board on Aug, 23 2026. He will remain with the group as a strategic advisor.

Board Chair Lim Swe Guan has been redesignated from Independent Non-Executive Director to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Aug, 23 2026, and will step down from the Audit and Risk Committee.

Frank Khoo Shao Hong will assume the role of Chair of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee from Aug, 23 2026.

Kuan Li Li has been appointed Lead Independent Director and will continue as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Following these changes, the board committees will comprise: • Audit and Risk Committee – chaired by Kuan Li Li with members Frank Khoo and Pierre Grégoire Baudin. • Nominating and Remuneration Committee – chaired by Frank Khoo with members Lim Swe Guan, Kuan Li Li, Pierre Grégoire Baudin and Jaume Sabater Martos. • Strategy Committee – chaired by Pierre Grégoire Baudin with members Lim Swe Guan, Kuan Li Li, Frank Khoo, Simon Robert Garing and Jaume Sabater Martos.

The Manager said the reshuffle aims to balance continuity with fresh perspectives as several directors joined the board during 2026.
