Digital Hollywood Interactive Limited (“Digit Hollywood”) has issued a profit warning, indicating that its unaudited loss attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 will rise by approximately USD1.70 million to USD1.90 million versus the same period in 2025.

Management attributes the deeper interim loss to two primary factors: 1. Net exchange losses stemming from currency fluctuations. 2. Higher information-technology and employee-related expenses.

The company is finalising its interim results, scheduled for release in late August 2026. Until the audited figures are published, shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
