CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust announced on Apr, 21 2026 that it has completed an upsized private placement of 326.087 million new units at 2.30 Singapore dollars each, securing gross proceeds of about 750.0 million Singapore dollars.

The placement, launched on Apr, 20 2026, was about 4.8 times covered, prompting an increase from the initial target of roughly 600.0 million Singapore dollars. The new units represent approximately 4.28% of CICT’s existing unit base.

Approximately 740.4 million Singapore dollars (98.7% of proceeds) will be used to partially fund the proposed purchase of the Paragon property at 290 Orchard Road, while an estimated 9.6 million Singapore dollars (1.3% of proceeds) will cover transaction expenses. Any remaining funds may be applied toward general corporate or working-capital purposes.

Issuance of the new units is subject to unitholder approval under a general mandate at CICT’s annual general meeting on Apr, 22 2026 and to in-principle listing approval from Singapore Exchange. Trading of the new units is expected to start at 9:00 a.m. on Apr, 29 2026.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore, DBS Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities Asia, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and United Overseas Bank acted as joint bookrunners and underwriters. DBS Bank took a proprietary allocation of 2.5 million units after receiving a waiver from Singapore Exchange under Listing Manual Rule 812(4).
