Harbin Bank’s April 2026 Share Capital Stable at 11.00 Billion RMB with Sufficient Public Float

Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. (Harbin Bank) confirmed that its share structure remained unchanged for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised / registered capital • Total authorised share capital closed the month at approximately 11.00 billion RMB, unchanged from March.  • H shares: 3.02 billion shares at a par value of RMB 1, representing RMB 3.02 billion of capital.  • Domestic shares: 7.97 billion shares at a par value of RMB 1, representing RMB 7.97 billion of capital.

Issued share capital and public float • Issued H shares stood at 3.02 billion, with no treasury shares held; issued domestic shares totaled 7.97 billion. • No changes occurred in either class of shares during April. • The bank affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold for its H shares.

Capital instruments • The filing shows no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements. • There were no movements in treasury shares. • No Hong Kong Depositary Receipts are in issue.

Governance • The monthly return was signed by Joint Company Secretary Mr. Wu Siliang and reflects the bank’s capital position as at 30 April 2026.
