Dmall repurchases 0.67 million shares for HK$4.01 million; treasury stock climbs to 71.44 million shares

Dmall Inc. disclosed that it bought back 669,800 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HK$4.01 million at prices ranging from HK$5.87 to HK$6.06 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$5.98.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 866.74 million to 866.07 million, a 0.0773% reduction, while treasury shares increased to 71.44 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million.

The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 17.64 million shares, representing 2.00% of the issued share count on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Dmall is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
