ANTON Oilfield Services (03337) announced that its founder and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Luo Lin, along with several senior management members, intend to increase their holdings in the company's shares. The decision is based on their confidence in the group's future development prospects and recognition of the company's long-term investment value. The share purchase plan will be implemented using their personal funds in the open market, starting from the date of the announcement until June 30, 2026, or another period as subsequently announced by the company, subject to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant codes. Under the plan, the total investment amount for the intended share purchases by Mr. Luo and the senior management members will not exceed HKD 35 million. Based on a preliminary estimate at the current market price of the company's shares, the total number of shares to be acquired is expected not to exceed approximately 1.0% of the company's total issued shares. However, the actual number of shares purchased and the investment amount will depend on market conditions, share price, regulatory requirements, and trading window arrangements. The total number of shares actually purchased and the investment amount under the plan may be lower than the stated target. The Board believes that the share purchase plan reflects the strong confidence of Mr. Luo and the management team in the long-term development prospects and value of the group.
