On June 10, within the Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Quality Technology Innovation Base located in Xianyang High-tech Zone, staff were monitoring core indicators such as oxygen in hydrogen, hydrogen leakage detection, and conductivity. Through real-time remote monitoring and operation, data from the PEM hydrogen production system showed that the province's first integrated hydrogen energy utilization and testing project is running stably and normally.
The project adopts a modular, containerized integrated design to build a closed-loop zero-carbon hydrogen energy utilization system. It is Shaanxi Province's first full-scenario testing platform that integrates photovoltaic green electricity PEM hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogen refueling, and hydrogen fuel cell combined heat and power. It covers a full set of core modules, including 2MW photovoltaic power generation, 50Nm³/h PEM hydrogen production, high-pressure hydrogen storage, vehicle hydrogen refueling, and 100kW hydrogen fuel cell combined heat and power.
On June 17, within the Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Quality Technology Innovation Park in the High-tech Zone, staff from an入驻 enterprise were conducting testing and inspection experiments on hydrogen storage cylinders.
In the first half of the year, the project completed full-process debugging and is now ready for use. The project base has already gathered multiple research institutions and industry leaders, facilitated the implementation of over 20 industry-university-research projects, and introduced 8 leading hydrogen energy enterprises, establishing a multi-party collaborative innovation system and industrial ecosystem, continuously empowering the innovation and development of the province's hydrogen energy industry.
Every day, the progress bar for project construction is being "refreshed." The integrated hydrogen energy utilization and testing project is just one microcosm of key project construction in Xianyang. Across the city, numerous industrial and infrastructure projects are accelerating their breakthroughs with continuous good news, as development momentum is steadily accumulated and released.
The Xianyang Bio-city Phase I project will pass the completion acceptance inspection in August and officially open in the third quarter. The Shaanxi Communications Control Green Building Materials Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Project is accelerating construction; once completed and put into operation, it will ensure the construction and maintenance of the expressway network. The Sanhang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Phase I Project's second bid section, comprising 40,000 square meters of industrial factory buildings, has been delivered for use. Two enterprises under the Xi'an Aerospace Sixth Academy have successfully commenced production, marking the start of substantive operations in the park. In the first half of this year, projects such as the Xianyang High-tech Zone AI Supercomputing Center Passive Device Production Smart Park with an investment of 1 billion yuan, the Liquan County Weiaomei Medicine and Food Homology Industrial Park with an investment of 800 million yuan, the Jinxin Electric High-voltage GIS Assembly R&D and Production Project with a total investment of 350 million yuan, and the High-end CNC Machine Tool R&D and Manufacturing Construction Project with a total investment of 350 million yuan, were all successively landed in Xianyang. From January to June, the city recorded 84 contracted investment attraction projects in the statistical system, with a total investment of 13.808 billion yuan.

On June 29, the 1,000th unit of high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission products from the Fast Group was successfully produced offline at the Shaanxi Fast Intelligent Braking System Co., Ltd. in Qindu District, marking the official commencement of production for the Fast high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission system industrialization project. The project has a total investment of 550 million yuan, plans to use 100 mu of land, and newly builds 33,000 square meters of flexible production factory buildings. The entire construction is planned and designed according to the standards of national-level intelligent factories. After the project is put into operation, it will form an annual comprehensive production capacity of 2,000 units of high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission products, 7,000 electric drive axles, 100,000 new energy components, and 300,000 retarder gear shafts. It is expected to add an annual output value of 800 million yuan.

As an important part of the city's key project construction, the official commencement of the Fast high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission system industrialization project is a vivid microcosm of the accelerated efficiency of key projects across the city. This year, the city has arranged a total of 379 key projects at the municipal level. As of the end of June, these 379 projects had completed an investment of 39.88 billion yuan, accounting for 56.02% of the annual plan. Of the 202 new municipal-level projects, 170 had started construction, with a commencement rate of 84.16%.

As of the end of June, among the 202 new projects, the approval procedure completion rate was 83.17%; the land procedure completion rate was 92.1%; the energy assessment procedure completion rate was 82.18%; and the forestry procedure completion rate was 94.55%.

According to the unified accounting results of the Gross Domestic Product, in the first half of the year, the city's GDP reached 149.237 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.2% based on constant prices. By industry breakdown, the primary industry added value was 10.793 billion yuan, up 4.4% year-on-year; the secondary industry added value was 60.122 billion yuan, up 7.2% year-on-year; and the tertiary industry added value was 78.322 billion yuan, up 5.7% year-on-year.
