SmarTone Publishes 2025/26 Interim Report and Switches to Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited released its 2025/26 Interim Report on 31 March 2026 and confirmed that both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.smartoneholdings.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are available free of charge upon request through the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, SmarTone has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to register functional email addresses—either by scanning a personalised QR code provided in the reply form or by submitting the form to the registrar—to receive electronic notifications promptly.

Shareholders who do not supply a valid email address must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new publications; actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in printed form. Any shareholder preferring hard copies can request them, with such instructions remaining valid for one year from the request date.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
