Hengdeli Holdings Limited announced that preliminary unaudited figures indicate a loss attributable to equity shareholders of no less than RMB31.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. This marks a downturn of at least RMB57.30 million from the RMB26.30 million profit recorded in the same period of 2025.
Management attributes the swing to: • Lower sales during the period. • Higher share of losses from associates. • Reduced bank interest income. • Lower foreign-exchange gains due to currency fluctuations. • Incremental impairment losses on trade receivables.
The interim results are still being finalized and have neither been audited nor reviewed by the external auditor. Final figures will be released in August 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Hengdeli securities.
