BAIOO completes HK$0.55 million share repurchase; 1.20 million shares moved to treasury

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (BAIOO) disclosed that it bought back 1.20 million ordinary shares on 10 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

• Purchase details – Repurchase volume: 1.20 million shares – Price range: HK$0.445 to HK$0.460 per share – Volume-weighted average price (VWAP): HK$0.4564 per share – Aggregate consideration: HK$0.55 million

• Impact on share capital – Issued shares (excluding treasury) before the transaction: 2.867 billion – Shares cancelled/held as treasury: 1.20 million, representing 0.0419 % of pre-transaction issued shares – Issued shares (excluding treasury) after the transaction: 2.866 billion – Treasury shares balance: 1.20 million

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Mandate granted on 27 June 2025 permits repurchase of up to 286.72 million shares – Shares bought back to date under the mandate: 1.20 million (0.04 % of the authorised limit) – Remaining capacity: 285.52 million shares

• Post-buyback restrictions – In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, BAIOO is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 10 July 2026.

The company affirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable Main Board regulations and that there have been no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
