AK Medical executes HKD 6.30 million share buyback; outstanding share count steady at 1.12 billion

AK Medical Holdings Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 1.00 million ordinary shares on 15 May 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 6.28 and HKD 6.35 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 6.30 million.

The buyback leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 1,123.92 million shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Including the latest transaction, AK Medical has bought back 7.58 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 18 June 2025, utilising 6.75 % of the 112.27 million shares authorised for repurchase.

All 7.58 million repurchased shares—equivalent to approximately 0.67 % of the company’s outstanding shares—remain pending cancellation. Under Hong Kong listing rules, AK Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 14 June 2026.
