Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (Concord Healthcare) expects to report a sharp top- and bottom-line improvement for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to its profit alert filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Revenue is projected at RMB260.00–280.00 million, up 29%–39% from RMB200.90 million in the prior-year period. Gross profit is seen surging to RMB63.00–83.00 million, versus RMB0.38 million a year earlier—an increase of 16,349%–21,571%.

Management attributes the performance primarily to rapid expansion of the proton therapy business at Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center Co., Ltd. The center has now treated more than 1,000 cumulative patients, with daily patient volumes surpassing 100, supporting both higher sales and a pronounced improvement in margins.

The company is finalising its interim results, which remain unaudited; definitive figures are slated for release by end-August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the formal announcement is published.
