During the first half of 2026, the group maintained its strategic positioning as a "community central kitchen," leveraging a multi-channel and multi-scenario omnichannel layout. By deeply integrating online and offline operations, the company successfully built a comprehensive instant retail store network, delivering a "Guoquan Flash Purchase" shopping experience to consumers. The group adhered to its "One Home, Three Tables, Five Meals" all-scenario dining concept, exploring consumer demand across various scenarios and continuously developing and iterating diversified meal package offerings. It also advanced store renovation and upgrades, refined operational management, and improved its membership ecosystem, effectively enhancing store efficiency and market competitiveness.
Store count grew from 10,400 locations as of June 30, 2025, to 12,198 stores by June 30, 2026, spanning 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across mainland China, as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the first half of 2026, the group added 997 operating stores while closing 365. Driven by a deep understanding of lower-tier markets, the company also achieved solid results in township market expansion, with a net addition of 367 township stores during the period. As of June 30, 2026, the number of township stores reached 3,377. These new township locations feature differentiated product structures and store layouts compared to standard community stores, better catering to the needs of township consumers.
The group continued to drive store format innovation and broaden scenario boundaries. Beyond 24-hour unmanned retail outlets, the company completed upgrades to 684 stores under the large-format model during the first half of 2026. The upgraded stores, supported by richer product displays and all-day consumption scenarios, effectively boosted sales growth. Additionally, the group launched 96 camping outlets during the period, covering emerging consumption scenarios such as outdoor dining and suburban leisure, achieving comprehensive coverage across both home-based and outdoor recreational settings.
Looking ahead, the group expects total store count to exceed 13,100 by the end of 2026, implying net new stores of over 1,534. The company anticipates that new stores added in the second half of 2026 will primarily adopt the large-format model, with an expected closure rate below 4%. The group projects store efficiency to achieve high single-digit growth. Registered membership is expected to surpass 95 million, while core operating profit for the full year is forecast to grow steadily.
