Joy Spreader Affirms 25%+ Public Float; Issued Shares Steady at 2.37 Billion in April 2026 Update

Joy Spreader Group Inc. submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026, covering the month ended 30 April 2026.

Joy Spreader’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00001 each, amounting to HKD 50,000.

Issued share capital also remained static: 2.37 billion ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of April, with no treasury shares on record and no share issuances or cancellations reported during the period.

The company confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board public-float requirement, maintaining at least the Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25% of shares in public hands.

Joy Spreader reported no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts. The filing was authorised by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Qin Jiaxin, who affirmed compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory obligations.
