DUIBA (01753) has announced its financial projections, expecting to achieve (i) revenue of approximately RMB 610 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (FY2025), compared to about RMB 907 million in the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (FY2024); (ii) an adjusted annual loss of no less than approximately RMB 104 million (FY2024: adjusted loss of about RMB 37.3 million); and (iii) a loss attributable to owners of the parent company of no less than around RMB 108 million for FY2025 (FY2024: loss attributable to owners of the parent company of about RMB 39.5 million). These changes are primarily attributed to the following factors: (i) an expected one-time loss of approximately RMB 61 million from financial assets in FY2025; (ii) a reduction in the scale of the group's internet advertising business due to more conservative budget planning by advertising clients amid ongoing industry growth uncertainties; and (iii) a further decline in profitability resulting from the reduced sales scale.
