IREIT Global said on Jun, 25 2026 that tenant Allianz will end its lease at Concor Park Pinus, Bahnhofstraße 16, 85609 Aschheim on Dec, 31 2027, 17 months before the original expiry of May, 31 2029.

Under an early-termination agreement, Allianz will continue to pay rent and service charges until the new exit date and make a lump-sum termination payment of about €2.87 million by Dec, 31 2026. The payment is intended to cover the contractual rent and service charges that would have been due from Jan, 01 2028 to May, 31 2029.

For the year ended Dec, 31 2025, Allianz’s lease accounted for roughly 3.9 % of IREIT’s total gross revenue, and the agreed termination payment equates to around 5.7 % of that year’s gross revenue. The manager said the agreement preserves economic value and enables earlier marketing of the space.

IREIT Global does not expect any material adverse impact on its distribution per unit for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. The manager is working to secure replacement tenants and will update investors on material developments in line with Singapore Exchange rules.
