Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited (NUMANS) has received written approval from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for a waiver from strict compliance with Listing Rule 14.41(a), according to an announcement dated 18 June 2026.
The waiver, granted on 17 June 2026, allows the company additional time to finalise the Circular that will contain detailed information on the proposed Disposal Mandate, including the Group’s financial data, statement of indebtedness, and a working-capital sufficiency letter.
NUMANS now expects to despatch the Circular on or before 25 June 2026, extending the timetable originally communicated in the company’s 16 June 2026 announcement. The exchange emphasised that the waiver applies exclusively to this case and may be withdrawn or varied if circumstances change.
The board is led by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Wang Ping, alongside Executive Director Ms. Cui Juan; Non-executive Director Mr. Chan Hok Leung; and Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Yim Wing Yee, Mr. Lau Kwok Fai Patrick and Mr. Yu Tsz Ngo.
No further financial details or changes to the Disposal Mandate were disclosed in the latest filing.
