Emperador Inc. announced the submission of a Form 23-B to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Apr, 15 2026, reflecting the resignation of Assistant Corporate Secretary Marydale C. Manato-Zoleta.
The company said Manato-Zoleta held no common shares at the time of her departure and, effective the close of business on Apr, 15 2026, is no longer subject to the beneficial ownership reporting requirements under Section 23.1 of the Securities Regulation Code.
Emperador’s Form 23-B filing records no acquisitions or disposals of equity or derivative securities by Manato-Zoleta during the reporting period.
