YesAsia Holdings Limited (YesAsia, HKEX: 02209) reported a net issuance of 363,877 ordinary shares in May 2026, lifting its total outstanding share count to 418.37 million as at 31 May 2026. The increase represents a 0.09 % expansion versus the preceding month’s 418.01 million shares.
The additional shares stemmed exclusively from employee option exercises under the company’s two share-option plans:
• 2016 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme – 5,437 options were exercised, resulting in 54,375 new shares. Outstanding options under this scheme fell to 414,934.
• Post-IPO Share Option Scheme – 30,950 options were exercised and 5,000 were cancelled, generating 309,502 new shares and reducing outstanding options to 3.49 million. A further 1.34 million shares remain available for future grants under this plan.
Total proceeds from May option exercises amounted to USD 35.23 million.
YesAsia confirmed that, after the month-end share issuance, public float remained above the 25 % minimum required under Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 13.32B, and no treasury shares are held.
The company reported no movements involving warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuing agreements during the period.
