PC Partner Group Limited shareholders approve all AGM resolutions on Apr, 24 2026

PC Partner Group Limited announced that all 11 resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by poll.

The endorsed items covered the adoption of the FY2025 financial statements, a final dividend of 0.05 Singapore dollars per ordinary share and a special dividend of the same amount. Shareholders also re-elected four directors, authorised directors’ fees of 2.184461 million Singapore dollars for FY2025, re-appointed BDO LLP as external auditor and granted a general mandate to issue new shares. An amended and restated memorandum and articles of association was also adopted.

About 150.42 million shares were voted on each resolution, representing the total shares present. Support ranged from 97.14 % to 100 %, with the share-issue mandate recording the highest level of dissent at 2.86 %.

Following the meeting, Tony Wong Shik Ho continues as executive director, board chairman and chairman of the executive committee; Wong Fong Pak and Ho Nai Nap remain executive directors and executive committee members; and Chan Yim stays on as independent non-executive director, remuneration committee chair and nomination committee member.

B.A.C.S. Private Limited served as polling agent, while CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as independent scrutineer for the vote count.
