WECON HOLDINGS Reports Fiscal Year Results with 28% Net Profit Increase

WECON HOLDINGS (ASX: 01793) has announced its annual results for the period ending March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue of HK$1.063 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.4%. Net profit reached HK$9.455 million, marking a significant 28% growth compared to the previous year.

Basic earnings per share stood at 1.2 HK cents. The board has proposed a final dividend of 1.2 HK cents per share.

During the fiscal year, the group was successfully awarded two major contracts with a combined total value exceeding HK$1 billion.

The company stated it will continue to place particular emphasis on enhancing its reputation, ensuring projects are completed on time to the highest standards. It will also implement various cost-effective measures to boost its competitiveness and diversify its client base.

Management remains cautiously optimistic regarding the outlook for Hong Kong's construction industry.
