China Merchants Port Announces 28 August Board Meeting to Approve 1H 2026 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited (“China Merchants Port”) has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026 at its registered office in Hong Kong.

The agenda includes: 1. Approval of the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. 2. Deliberation on the payment of an interim dividend, if any.

The notice, dated 12 August 2026, was issued by Chairman Feng Boming. The Board currently consists of nine members: two Non-executive Directors (Feng Boming and Yim Kong), three Executive Directors (Xu Song, Lu Yongxin and Huang Qiang Zhong), and four Independent Non-executive Directors (Chan Hiu Fung Nicholas, Chan Yuen Sau Kelly, Wong Chi Wing and Wong Pui Wah).

Further details on the interim results and any dividend declaration will follow the Board’s deliberations on the scheduled date.
