Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. (QEEKA HOME) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.
QEEKA HOME’s authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.20 million—unchanged from the previous month.
Issued share capital was also stable. The company closed July with 1.15 billion ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares, recording no share allotments, cancellations, or repurchases during the period.
The board confirmed that the public float comfortably satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum requirement of 25% of issued shares.
No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised or issued in July. Although a total of 35.76 million shares had been approved under the 2021 Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme, the report shows zero new shares issued and no treasury shares transferred during the month, leaving no residual shares available for issuance under those grants at month-end.
The filing, signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Tian Yuan on 4 August 2026, affirms full compliance with the HKEX Listing Rules and all relevant regulatory obligations.
