GSH Corporation Redesignates Executive Director and COO as Alternate Director

GSH Corporation Limited announced the redesignation of Mr Goi Kok Ming from Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to Alternate Director to Executive Chairman Dr Sam Goi Seng Hui, effective May, 04 2026.

The company said Mr Goi will continue to support the group’s strategic initiatives and development plans following the change.

GSH Corporation added that the move aligns its leadership structure with the expansion strategy highlighted in its annual report for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

Further details required under Rule 704(7) of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual will be released separately.

The announcement was authorised by CEO and Executive Director Gilbert Ee Guan Hui on Apr, 08 2026.
