The latest data from Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveals that on August 12, Southern Asset Management increased its holdings in NANHUA FUTURES (02691) by 306,500 shares.
Each share was purchased at a price of HK$6.6318, with the total transaction value reaching approximately HK$2.0326 million.
Following this acquisition, Southern Asset Management's total shareholding in NANHUA FUTURES now stands at roughly 8.0354 million shares, representing a 5.15% stake in the company.
