TradeGo Fintech Buys Back 0.07% of Shares, Adds 0.50 Million to Treasury Stock

TradeGo Fintech Limited disclosed a share repurchase on 4 August 2026, acquiring 0.50 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an average price of HKD 1.31 per share. The transaction cost approximately HKD 0.65 million.

Following the buyback, TradeGo’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 713.09 million, from 713.59 million previously, representing a 0.07% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 36.91 million, while the company’s total issued shares remain unchanged at 750.00 million.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.69 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 0.70 million shares, equivalent to 0.10% of the company’s issued share base at mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, TradeGo is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring any treasury shares until 3 September 2026 (30 days after the latest repurchase).

The board confirms that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and that all requisite funds have been settled.
