Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited (Damai Ent) reported a net issuance of 100.89 million ordinary shares in April 2026, all allotted under the company’s Share Award Scheme adopted on 30 August 2023.
The new shares lifted total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 29.98 billion shares as of 30 April 2026, up from 29.88 billion a month earlier. No treasury shares were held or transferred during the period, and the company confirmed continued compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
Authorised capital remained unchanged at 38.00 billion ordinary shares, carrying a par value of HKD 0.25 each, equivalent to HKD 9.50 billion in authorised share capital.
Share-based incentive activity was muted. No options were granted or exercised during the month. Outstanding options under the 2012 Share Option Scheme stood at 12.38 million, while the amended 2021 Share Option Scheme retained capacity for up to 1.89 billion additional shares. Total funds raised from option exercises in April were nil.
The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments outstanding, and no share repurchases or cancellations occurred during the month.
The monthly return was submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 6 May 2026 by Joint Company Secretary Ng Wing Shan.
