PAGODA GP Buys Back 10.20 Million H-Shares in June, Deploys HK$17.40 Million While Keeping Public Float Intact

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) has disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it repurchased 10.20 million H-shares during 1–11 June 2026, spending approximately HK$17.40 million.

At month-end, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stood at 1.98 billion shares, down from 1.99 billion a month earlier, while treasury shares rose to 20.38 million. Total registered share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion shares with a par value of RMB1 each. Treasury stock now represents about 1.02 % of total issued shares.

Repurchases were executed in nine tranches at prices ranging from HK$1.62 to HK$1.76 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HK$1.71 per share. The largest single-day buy-back occurred on 2 June, when 2.67 million shares were acquired at HK$1.7569 apiece.

Despite the reduction in free-float shares, PAGODA GP confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 30 June 2026. No new share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were issued or exercised during the month.
