CHINA COMM CONS Sees 8.89% Drop in New Contracts to 902.95 Billion Yuan in First Half

In the first half of the year, CHINA COMM CONS (01800) faced downward pressure on the domestic market scale. Despite this, the company intensified its efforts to secure major projects and accelerate the transformation and upgrade of emerging businesses. According to an announcement, the group's total new contract value reached 902.949 billion yuan, marking an 8.89% decline year-on-year.

This figure represents 47% of the annual target, aligning with the planned schedule. The target is based on the board's approved plan to increase new contract value by 2.6% from the 1.883672 trillion yuan set for 2025. Notably, overseas business new contract value reached 241.678 billion yuan (approximately 33.856 billion US dollars), up 20.61% year-on-year. The international segment's contribution to the group's total new contract value rose to 27%, highlighting its ongoing driving role.
