Top Glove Corporation Bhd. (TOPGLOV) announced that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) acquired 1.63 million ordinary shares on Jun, 10 2026 through open-market transactions executed by its fund manager.
Following the purchase, KWAP’s holding stands at 523.98 million shares, comprising a direct interest of 442.70 million shares (5.521%) and an indirect interest of 81.28 million shares (1.014%).
