According to the latest filing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SE ASIA PPT (00252) chairman Choy Nai Tuen has increased his holdings in the company.
On August 17, the chairman acquired 28,000 shares at an average price of HK$1.70 per share, totaling approximately HK$47,600 in value.
Following this transaction, his total shareholding has risen to around 106 million shares, representing a 47.04% stake in the company.
