DAMAI ENT (01060) announced the allotment and issuance of new shares to a trustee on April 1, 2026, to fulfill the company's obligations under its share award scheme. This action relates to incentive shares granted on June 24, 2025, under the share award plan, which was adopted on December 30, 2016, and subsequently amended on March 29, 2019, January 17, 2020, and August 30, 2023. A total of 13 million incentive shares were granted to two directors of the company.

Additionally, on April 1, 2026, new shares were allotted and issued to a trustee to settle incentive shares granted on June 24, 2025, under the share award plan to five employees of the company. Among these employees, four are directors of the company's subsidiaries and one is a manager of one of the company's subsidiaries.
