5. Share Buy-back Mandate • Authorisation to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) within the same mandate period, subject to Listing Rules and applicable laws.
6. Extension Mandate • Conditional extension of the general issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.
7. Framework Agreement with CaixaBank • Approval of a 26 February 2026 framework agreement with CaixaBank, S.A., including related annual caps and transaction terms. Any director is empowered to complete ancillary actions and documentation.
