MEGAIN names Geehy Microelectronics GM Wang Yuanxue as new CEO, effective 13 July 2026

MEGAIN Holding (Cayman) Co., Ltd. has appointed Wang Yuanxue, aged 43, as Chief Executive Officer, starting 13 July 2026. Wang brings nearly two decades of semiconductor and integrated-circuit experience, most recently serving as general manager of Geehy Microelectronics, where he has overseen overall business operations since joining in 2007.

Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, and has been recognised by the Zhuhai Semiconductor Industry Association for contributions to the local integrated-circuit sector. He currently owns 19.47215 % of Zhuhai Apex Jucheng Investment Center, which in turn holds 0.48149 % of Geehy Microelectronics.

Under a three-year service agreement with MEGAIN, Wang will receive a monthly salary of RMB 50,000. Either party may terminate the contract with three months’ written notice. If MEGAIN ends the agreement without material misconduct by Wang, the company will pay compensation equal to six months of salary.

MEGAIN’s board recorded no directorships held by Wang in other listed companies during the past three years and confirmed no relationships with the group’s directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders. The board extended a formal welcome to Wang Yuanxue upon his appointment.
