Asian Markets Open Higher with South Korea Leading Gains

Major stock indices in Japan and South Korea opened the trading session in positive territory.
The Nikkei 225 index in Japan commenced trading with a gain of 1.2%, reaching 68,526.72 points.
South Korea's benchmark KOSPI index saw a more substantial increase, opening 3.6% higher at 7,552.49 points.
