Bulletin Express
Mar 31

China Water Industry Group Limited disclosed on 31 March 2026 that two previously named supporters of the winding-up petition—Gao Yuan and Zhao Yuan—have ceased to be creditors and will not participate in further court hearings.

On the same date, the Company received a “Notice of Intention to Appear on Petition” from Wang Qi, identified as the fifth supporting creditor. Wang Qi holds HK$2.00 million in outstanding principal from a bond issued on 8 August 2018 and intends to support the winding-up petition scheduled for hearing on 29 April 2026.

The High Court of Hong Kong has not yet granted a winding-up order. Management reiterated that amicable negotiations with the original petitioner and the remaining supporting creditors are under way, with efforts focused on reaching a settlement and facilitating withdrawal of the petition while ensuring fair treatment of all creditors.

China Water Industry stated that further announcements will be made to update shareholders and investors on material developments. The Company advises caution in trading its shares until additional information becomes available.
