AEM shareholders green-light all resolutions at 2026 AGM

AEM Holdings (AWX) said that shareholders approved every item on the agenda at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 28 2026 in Singapore.

The meeting adopted the fiscal-year 2025 financial statements, endorsed a first-and-final dividend of 1.3 Singapore cents per share payable on May, 22 2026, and re-elected five directors, including Non-Executive Chairman Loke Wai San.

Investors also backed the payment of up to 0.96 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for FY 2026, the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditor, and mandates for general share issuance, share buy-backs and share-based incentive plans.

Poll results showed support ranging from 95.8 % to 99.9 % for the various ordinary and special resolutions, according to the minutes filed with the Singapore Exchange.

The meeting concluded at 11:55 a.m. local time with no further business raised.
