Jiangxi Bank Names Qian Zheng as Chief Compliance Officer

Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Qian Zheng as Chief Compliance Officer, effective upon receipt of qualification approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Bureau. His tenure will run through the end of the Bank’s fourth Board session.

Born in January 1976, Mr. Qian is a senior economist with more than two decades of regulatory, legal, and banking experience. Career highlights include: • September 1998–September 2002: Third-class police superintendent, Legal Affairs Section, Shangrao Public Security Bureau. • July 2005–June 2016: Held successive positions at the Nanchang Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China, culminating as Chief of the Financial Consumer Protection Section. • June 2016–February 2026: Deputy General Manager and subsequently General Manager of Jiangxi Bank’s Compliance Department; later served as Party Committee Secretary and President of the Bank’s Yingtan Branch. • Since February 2026: General Manager of the Compliance Department, Jiangxi Bank.

The Bank’s Board currently comprises two executive directors (Zeng Hui and Luo Xiaolin), five non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors. Chairman Zeng Hui issued the announcement from Nanchang on 28 May 2026.

Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. is incorporated in the People’s Republic of China as a joint-stock company with limited liability. It is not an authorized institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and is therefore not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
