Hotung Investment Holdings clears all resolutions at Apr, 23 2026 AGM

Hotung Investment Holdings Limited said all ten resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 23 2026 were passed by poll, with each garnering at least 99.7 percent support.

Shareholders adopted the FY2025 financial statements and approved a first-and-final dividend of 2.55 per share. They also re-elected Mr Chang-Pang Chang and Mr Hwai-Hsin Liang, and elected Mr Tzu-Yuan Yang and Ms Su-Ying Ko as directors.

The meeting endorsed directors’ fees of 9.5 million for FY2025 and re-appointed KPMG LLP as external auditor.

Special business included renewing a general share-issue mandate allowing the board to issue new shares of up to 50 percent of existing capital, and renewing a share buy-back mandate covering up to 10 percent of issued shares.

All resolutions recorded “for” votes between 99.7 percent and 99.9 percent, the company said in a same-day filing.
