AUSNUTRIA repurchases 97,000 shares for HK$0.17 million; total buy-backs under 2025 mandate reach 304,000 shares

Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd (AUSNUTRIA) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 21 April 2026, confirming an on-market repurchase of 97,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$1.74 to HK$1.75, for total consideration of HK$0.17 million.

Including transactions executed on 13, 14, 16, 17 and 20 April, cumulative repurchases under the shareholder mandate granted on 29 May 2025 now stand at 304,000 shares. This volume represents 0.0171 % of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was approved. All 304,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation; the company holds no treasury shares.

Ausnutria’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,778.14 million shares pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. The firm is authorised to repurchase up to 177.94 million shares under the current mandate. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 21 May 2026.
