CQRC Bank Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Re-confirms Shift to Fully Electronic Shareholder Communications

Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (CQRC Bank) has released its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the Bank’s own site, www.cqrcb.com.

The Board reiterates that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in electronic form unless shareholders specifically request printed copies.

Shareholders who have not yet supplied an email address are urged to do so via the personalised QR code or by returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services. Without a valid email address, holders will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively monitor the Bank’s and HKEXnews websites. Only “Actionable Corporate Communications” will be mailed in hard copy in such cases.

Requests for printed versions can be submitted by email to ChongqingRural.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by post to the Hong Kong share registrar. Any hard-copy request remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.

For further enquiries, shareholders may contact Computershare at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
