On the news front, ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) was listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 27. By the close of its first trading day, its total market capitalization stood at approximately 3.28 trillion yuan, surpassing Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to become the most valuable listed company on the A-share market. Guolian Minsheng Securities issued a research report stating that in the short term, HUISHANG BANK indirectly holds a 0.134% equity stake in CXMT, which is expected to generate a paper profit of 4.23 billion yuan, accounting for 25.6% of the bank's 2025 net profit attributable to its parent company. However, the report notes that this calculation may be overestimated. In the medium term, as the only city commercial bank in Anhui Province, HUISHANG BANK has a long-term cooperative relationship with CXMT. CXMT's listing could create more corporate and retail business opportunities for the bank. Over the long term, CXMT's listing is expected to significantly strengthen Anhui Province's fiscal position, which would further support the future development of HUISHANG BANK.
