HRnetGroup Limited announced the appointment of Lim Lian Soon as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective May, 1 2026, according to a filing dated Apr, 6 2026. Lim will also become Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Lim brings more than 40 years of experience in audit, taxation, corporate governance and financial management. His career includes senior roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd. (now HH Stainless Pte. Ltd.), as well as audit and tax partner at Lee Yeok Chai & Co., later part of the CA Trust Group. He previously served as audit and tax partner for certain HRnetGroup subsidiaries before the company’s 2017 initial public offering.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Lim is a Life Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors, and an Accredited Tax Advisor in Singapore. He has also been a part-time lecturer since 1975, focusing on internal audit, fraud, corporate governance, taxation and financial management.
