Yangzijiang Shipbuilding sets up LNG joint ventures, winds up two units

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (BS6) reported that, for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, it entered into two new 49-percent-owned joint ventures with ENN (Tianjin) Energy Investment and completed the voluntary liquidation of two dormant subsidiaries.

The first venture, ENN Yangtze (Tianjin) Shipping, was incorporated on Jun, 5 2026 in Tianjin with registered capital of RMB150 million to own and lease an LNG bunkering vessel. A second entity, ENN Yangzi (Zhoushan) Marine Fuel, is being set up in Zhoushan with registered capital of RMB50 million to lease the vessel and provide LNG bunkering and transportation services; it will also be 49-percent-owned by Yangzijiang upon completion.

On the divestment front, the group dissolved Jiangsu Tianchen Marine Import and Export on Apr, 28 2026 and Shanghai Econovo Marine Engineering on Jun, 22 2026 through members’ voluntary liquidation.

The shipbuilder said the incorporations and liquidations are not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
