SmarTone releases 2025/26 Interim Report and adopts full electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Mar 30

SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited announced the publication of its 2025/26 Interim Report, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.smartoneholdings.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are available free of charge on request through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07 and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, SmarTone is transitioning to electronic delivery of all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be provided online, replacing hard-copy mailings.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must supply a functional email address to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.). Without a valid email address, shareholders will need to monitor the SmarTone and HKEXnews websites directly for updates.

Investors preferring printed communications can submit the enclosed reply form or email smartone.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name and mailing details. Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
