The women's health benefits provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.50 for Q1 FY26, beating the consensus estimate of $0.30 by 66.67%. Revenue of $328.5 million also came in above expectations. Net income saw a substantial 60.9% year-over-year increase to $24.2 million, while the company's gross margin expanded by 1.9 percentage points to 25.3%.

Adding to the positive investor sentiment, Progyny raised its full-year adjusted EPS outlook to a range of $1.98 to $2.09, up from the previous guidance of $1.83 to $1.95.
