On August 5, LINGYI ITECH rose 3.05% in regular trading, trading at HKD 6.59/share, with turnover of HKD 78.77 million.

The rally was driven by multiple catalysts. The company's subsidiary Readore (Liminда) was recently featured on CCTV News, showcasing its liquid cooling production facility operating at full capacity with products shipping directly to North American data centers. Liquid cooling export revenue has doubled year-over-year, with overseas orders fully booked through Q1 of next year, firmly embedded in NVIDIA's core supply chain.

Additionally, the company disclosed partnerships with dozens of embodied intelligence enterprises and breakthrough progress with multiple North American AI/robotics clients in humanoid robot hardware and ODM services. Its Beijing humanoid robot factory targets 10,000 units capacity this year.

Management further demonstrated confidence by doubling the share buyback ceiling to RMB 800 million. As of end-July, cumulative buybacks reached RMB 439 million covering 32.38 million shares, supported by a RMB 360 million dedicated loan facility from ICBC.
