Sri Trang Gloves wraps up treasury share buyback worth about 30 million Singapore dollars

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced that it has completed its share repurchase programme for financial-management purposes.

The six-month initiative, approved on Sep, 18 2025, allowed the company to buy back up to 220 million shares. Between Sep, 22 2025 and Mar, 20 2026, the company repurchased 100,179,910 shares, equal to 3.50 % of its paid-up capital, for a total consideration of about 30 million Singapore dollars.

Under Thai regulations, the company can begin selling the treasury shares three months after the programme’s completion and must do so within three years; otherwise, any remaining shares must be cancelled. The board will decide the disposal period and announce further details in due course.
